Ooh, INKoutbreak now has a webcomic voting system! Would anyone be willing to help me out by voting for KiLA iLO? http://inkoutbreak.com/index.php?vote=c1931f1532eb11399b77a46da1336fc2
I didn’t have time to select a Spotlight Saturday this week because I was very busy with a summer Chem 120 class, so here’s ten tips on webcomicking instead. I learned a lot of this (read: nearly all of it) the hard way.
Note that these tips only apply to the type of comic I do- a story told with characters. There are infinite other genres of comic art with varying sets of rules, ranging from lots of rules to no rules. (And yes- there are types of art with generally accepted rules.)
Structural notes on Pilau- with Kila for comparison. They’re structural opposites in a lot of ways. Sorry about the handwriting, I might clean this up with text later- it’s kinda messy.
Hey guys- I in my infinite wisdom made this blog as a sub-blog. So… I do follow back, but it’s under the URL cassiesstickerstories. ^^;
No problem! ^^
When I realized that 1. Protagonists with unknown parentage are an even bigger cliche than I realized previously because I’m oblivious, I guess 2. I kinda liked the character I made to be her dad and wanted to actually use him!
